AOD Federal Credit Union Data Breach

AOD Federal Credit Union is based in Oxford, Alabama, with shared branches in other parts of Alabama as well.  Recently they posted on their website a “Notice of Data Security Incident” which says that in August of 2024, a hacker infiltrated the credit union’s computer network. Once there, the unauthorized party may have stolen sensitive information, including full names, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, bank account numbers, health insurance information and more.
