If you have an Arizona health plan, your information may have been exposed in a data breach!

Arizona Priority Care (APC), also known as Arizona Health Advantage, recently notified several health plans of a data breach in December 2022. This breach exposed the information of members of Alignment Health Plan of Arizona, Alignment Health Insurance Company of Arizona, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, Health Net of Arizona (Centene), and WellCare Health Plans of Arizona (Centene). The confidential information that was exposed and stolen includes: members’ names, dates of birth, authorization numbers, health plan member numbers and treatment information.
