Carespring Health Care Management LLC is a nursing home and rehabilitation center located in Loveland, Ohio. On August 15, 2024, Carespring sent out notice letters to 76,719 individuals, informing them of a data breach which exposed their private data.

According to the company’s filing with the Maine Attorney General, their computer system was hacked in July by an unauthorized party who was able to access files kept there. The information exposed may vary from person to person.
