CBIZ Benefits & Insurance Services, Inc. is a company based in Cleveland, Ohio that provides benefits and investment solutions to other companies and individuals.  On August 28, 2024, CBIZ sent out notice letters to an unknown number of impacted individuals, alerting them that their private data had been accessed by hackers back in June.
