Coalesce, LLC does business as Benefitelect and provides benefits administration software to other businesses. Benefitelect’s website lists one of the services they provide as data management. In that capacity, Benefitelect is entrusted with highly sensitive private data belonging to employees of their client companies. On October 15, 2025, Benefitelect announced that in April of 2025, their computer network had been breached by an unauthorized party. At that time, names, addresses, birth dates and Social Security numbers stored there may have been accessed.
