Community Realty Management, Inc. (now known as CRM Residential) is a property management company that operates around 8,000 apartments in several states. In September and October of 2024, the CRM Residential computer system was accessed by an unauthorized party through employee email accounts. Certain confidential data was compromised as a result, including names, birth dates, Social Security numbers, ID numbers, financial information medical information and health insurance data. The affected individuals will be notified by CRM Residential.
