Concord Orthopaedics Data Breach

Concord Orthopaedics is a clinic in Concord, New Hampshire.  Recently they announced a data breach which targeted a third party vendor they use in the fall of 2024. During the breach, data belonging to 67,000 people from the Concord Orthopaedics database was exposed, possibly including names, Social Security numbers and health insurance information.  If you received a breach notice from Concord Orthopaedics, it will contain details regarding which of your data was exposed.
