Continuum Health Alliance Data Breach

Location: All US States

About the Investigation:

Are You A Consensus Medical Group Patient?

If so, you may be part of the Continuum Health Alliance Data Breach!

Continuum Health Alliance is a company that supports physician groups throughout the country. On April 29, 2024, Continuum notified the Attorney General of Maine that they had experienced a data breach which leaked the information of Consensus Medical Group patients.  During the breach, a hacker accessed the Continuum network and stole data belonging to 377,119 Consensus patients. If you are one of these people, your information could be in the hands of criminals — possibly including your name, contact information, Social Security number, date of birth, health insurance and medical information.

Data breaches are serious matters that can cause long term damage. Hackers break into networks so that they can steal your personal information to sell it on the dark web, commit identity theft, financial theft or other frauds.

How do you know if you were affected? If you receive a letter from Continuum Health Alliance or Consensus Medical Group notifying you that your private information was impacted in their data breach, contact us to find out if you may be eligible for compensation!
