Conway-Phillips Holding, LLC does business as Phillips Tank & Structure, a tank construction company with locations in Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Texas, Hawaii, and California. On November 21, 2025, Conway-Phillips notified the Vermont Attorney General of a data breach which occurred in September. During that breach, an unauthorized party accessed files stored on the Conway-Phillips computer network, including names, Social Security numbers, bank account information and driver’s license numbers.
