Deed Research d/b/a DRI Title & Escrow Data Breach

Deed Research, Inc. does business as DRI Title & Escrow, which is based in Omaha, Nebraska but also operates in Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, and Minnesota. On May 2, 2025, the company sent out notice letters from Deed Research, Inc. regarding a data breach which had occurred in January. During the breach, an unauthorized party was able to access private information stored on the Deed Research, Inc. computer network, including names, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, financial account numbers and driver’s licenses.
