About the Investigation:

DENVER PUBLIC SCHOOLS DATA BREACH

On March 3, 2023 Denver Public Schools sent out letters to individuals whose personal data was exposed in a data security incident to the Denver Public Schools network.  The breach notice says that between December 13, 2022 and January 13, 2023, a hacker breached their network and accessed personal files exposing names, Social Security numbers, fingerprints, bank account or bank card numbers, driver’s license numbers, passport numbers and health insurance information.

Data breaches are serious matters that can cause long term damage. Hackers break into networks so that they can steal your personal information to sell it on the dark web, commit identity theft, financial theft or other frauds.

How do you know if you were affected?

If you received a letter from Denver Public Schools informing you that your information was exposed by their breach, fill out the form below to take the first step towards getting compensation!
