Rise Interactive Media & Analytics, LLC recently announced that RGH Enterprises, Inc., doing business as Edgepark Medical Supplies, has filed a notice of data breach with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. The company discovered a breach to their computer system which exposed the confidential information of 54,509 customers. In the breach, the hackers were able to steal customers’ names, email addresses, phone numbers, protected health information and insurance information.
