EmCentrix is based in Olympia, Washington and provides payroll systems for other companies’ HR, payroll and attendance needs.  In August of 2024, the EmCentrix computer network became the target of hackers who were able to gain access and obtain personal information stored there, possibly including names, Social Security numbers, and more.
