FieldTex Products, Inc. Data Breach

FieldTex Products, Inc. is located in Rochester, New York. On November 20, 2025, the company posted a Notification of Data Security Incident on their website. The notice explains that Fieldtex is a medical supply fulfillment company which has access to protected health information due to the fact that it provides medical supplies to customers through their health plans.  In August of 2025, FieldTex Products experienced a data breach which compromised some of the protected health information entrusted to it.
