Fort Wayne Medical Education Program recently posted a Notice of Data Privacy Incident to its website. This Notice states that in December of 2024, Fort Wayne Medical Education Program discovered a data breach to their computer systems.  At that time, an unauthorized party was able to access private and protected health information stored there, including Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, dates of birth, medical histories, health insurance information, medical billing information and credit card numbers.
