As financial advisors, Gilman HilI Asset Management is entrusted with highly sensitive information by their clients. On June 6,2025, Gilman Hill Asset Management notified the Attorney General of Vermont of a data breach to their files. This occurred when a weakness in a file transfer software used by Gilman Hill Asset Management (CrushFTP) allowed an unauthorized party to gain access to their network.
