Goglia Nutrition LLC is a California entity that does business as G-Plans, a website that offers subscription-based weight loss support. In October of 2025, a company named FuturHealth began notifying G-Plans subscribers of a data breach which had occurred the previous year in October of 2024. The compromised data involved in the breach may include names, medical data, prescription information and health insurance information.
