Good Neighbors Credit Union (GNCU) has locations in Buffalo, NY and Depew, NY. On May 1, 2025, GNCU filed a notification of data breach with the Attorney General of Maine’s office. The notice says that private information belonging to 18,621 people was exposed on December 10, 2024, during a breach of the GNCU computer system. Letters were mailed to bank customers that day with more information regarding the specific types of their data which was compromised.
