Henry Ford Health, based in Michigan, has announced that they experienced a data breach to their computer system as a result of an email phishing scheme.  This breach resulted in the exposure of confidential data belonging to 168,000 Henry Ford Health patients.  The sensitive information accessed may include their names, dates of birth, protected health information and more.
