HopeHealth Inc. Data Breach

About the Investigation:
If so, your sensitive personal identifiable information may have been stolen!
HopeHealth Inc. is a health care system with community health centers in the South Carolina counties of Florence, Clarendon, Aiken, Orangeburg, and Williamsburg. In March of 2025, the HopeHealth computer system was breached by an unauthorized party who copied files belonging to 1,625 patients stored there. That data may include names, addresses, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, driver’s license information and/or medical, health insurance and financial information.
Data breaches are serious matters that can cause long term damage. Hackers break into networks so that they can steal your personal information to sell it on the dark web, commit identity theft, financial theft or other frauds.
How do you know if you were affected? If you received a letter from HopeHealth Inc. notifying you that your private information was impacted in their data breach, contact us to find out if you may be eligible for compensation!
