Hulberg & Associates, Inc. is a real estate appraisal firm based in San Jose, California. In July of 2025, the Hulberg & Associates computer network was breached by an unauthorized party who may have accessed highly sensitive information stored there.  The compromised data belonged to employees and contractors and may have included names, addresses, dates of birth, driver’s license information, direct deposit information and/or Social Security numbers.
