Integrity Testing & Safety Administrators provides drug and alcohol testing services for companies regulated by the federal Department of Transportation. In March of 2025, Integrity Testing & Safety Administrators was targeted in a cyberattack which exposed sensitive data to an unauthorized party. That data may include names, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, birth dates or other data. Letters were mailed out to notify affected individuals starting August 15, 2025.
