About the Investigation:

If so, your sensitive personal identifiable information may have been stolen!

Medtronic MiniMed and MiniMed Distribution Corp. operate as “Medtronic,” a company that sells medical products for diabetics, such as insulin pump systems, blood sugar monitors and injection ports. On April 14, 2023 Medtronic disclosed that information on their computer systems had been exposed to an unauthorized third party. The information accessed includes names, email addresses, IP addresses, phone numbers and protected health information. Medtronic has sent out data breach notification letters to the individuals whose data was exposed in their breach.

Data breaches are serious matters that can cause long term damage. Hackers break into networks so that they can steal your personal information to sell it on the dark web, commit identity theft, financial theft or other frauds.

How do you know if you were affected? If you received a letter from Medtronic or Medtronic Diabetes notifying you that your personal information was impacted in their data breach, fill out the form on this page to find out if you may be eligible for compensation!
