Meridian Valley Laboratories, Inc. provides diagnostic services in Seattle, Washington to medical practices.  In July, Meridian Valley Laboratories realized that an unauthorized party had gained access to their computer system between May and July of 2025 and was able to download confidential files during that time. The files which were accessed may include both personal information (such as names, addresses, phone numbers, Social Security numbers, payment information, etc.) and protected health information (including health insurance information, test results and more).
