Mulkay Cardiology Consultants is a medical group in New Jersey affiliated with Holy Name Medical Center.  On September 5, 2023, Mulkay Cardiology Consultants discovered that an unauthorized third party had breached their computer system and stolen files contained there.  The information accessed contains personal information belonging to 79,582 patients, including names, addresses, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, state ID numbers, medical treatment information and health insurance information.
