Ocuco Inc. provides software management to optical chains, ophthalmologists and eye care labs. It is an Irish company with locations throughout the world. Ocuco’s United States headquarters are in Largo, Florida.

On May 30, 2025, Ocuco Inc. advised the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services that Ocuco’s computer network had been targeted in a ransomware breach. This resulted in the exposure of private data belonging to over 240,000 people. A hacker group known as Kill Security took responsibility for the attack and has already posted some of the information on the dark web. This data may include both personal information and health information.
