Omni Healthcare Financial Holdings also operates subsidiaries Omni Healthcare Financial LLC and Injury Finance LLC. On April 9, 2025, the company sent notice letters out alerting recipients of a 2024 data breach which impacted their private data.  In January of 2024, the Omni Healthcare computer system was hacked by an unauthorized party who accessed sensitive information stored there.
