Operation Par, Inc. is an addiction and mental health services provider group with locations on the west coast of Florida. On June 10, 2025, a ransomware group broke into the Operation Par computer network and later claimed they stole 898,100 files of data from there, or 485.2 GB. This data supposedly includes names, addresses, birth dates, Social Security numbers and protected health information stored on the Operation Par network.
