Oracle Corp. is an Austin, Texas-based software company which offers cloud-based storage and other services to businesses. One of the services they offer is patient records management for doctors and medical groups.  In March of 2025, Oracle announced that hackers were able to access some of their servers used for healthcare data and steal patient data stored there. It is not yet known how many healthcare providers or patients were affected.
