PDI Health is a provider of mobile x-ray and ultrasound services in 15 states. They serve long term care communities, correctional facilities and patients in their homes.  Recently, PDI Health sent notice letters to 373,453 people alerting them that their data was compromised in a recent cyberattack. In May of 2025, a ransomware gang targeted the PDI Health computer network and exfiltrated both personal information such as names, Social Security numbers, and dates of birth, and medical information including medical records and billing details.
