About the Investigation:
If so, your sensitive personal identifiable information may have been stolen!
Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (“PBS”) is a company that provides behavioral assessments and intervention plans for autistic individuals based on Applied Behavior Analysis. It operates in the US and Canada. On December 17, 2024, Positive Behavior Supports Corporation sent out notice letters to PBS clients regarding a data breach which compromised their information. The breach occurred in August of 2024, at which time an unauthorized party gained entry into the PBS system and was able to access information stored there, possibly including names, Social Security numbers, health insurance information, contact information and more.
Data breaches are serious matters that can cause long term damage. Hackers break into networks so that they can steal your personal information to sell it on the dark web, commit identity theft, financial theft or other frauds.
How do you know if you were affected? If you received a letter from Positive Behavior Supports Corporation notifying you that your personal information was impacted in their data breach, contact us to find out if you may be eligible for compensation!
