On June 22, 2023, Precision Imaging sent out data breach letters to over 31,000 people who were affected by this data breach. Precision Imaging Center determined that information stored on their servers was obtained during November 2022. The information exposed in the data breach includes: Names; addresses; Social Security number; driver’s license or government-issued identification number; health insurance information, medical condition(s) and diagnoses, and date of birth.

Precision Imaging Centers are headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida. Precision Imaging Centers provides the following type of care: MRI scans, CAT scans, PET scans, 3D mammography, digital ultrasound, DEXA bone densitometry, digital x-ray, and prostate and breast cancer screening. Precision Imaging Centers operates four locations in Florida: Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Fleming Island and Jacksonville Beach.
