Prospect Medical Holdings, Inc. is a hospital and medical center group based in Los Angeles, California. In addition to the 16 hospitals they run, Prospect Medical Holdings operates over 165 clinics and outpatient care centers located in Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island and Southern California.

On September 29, 2023, Prospect Medical Holdings notified the Maine Attorney General that they had experienced a data breach to their internal computer system.  This breach of security exposed the confidential information of 190,000 employees and their family members, including names and Social Security numbers.
