About the Investigation:

Did You Receive A Data Breach Notice From PSEA?

If so, your sensitive personal identifiable information may have been stolen!

PSEA is the largest teachers’ and school employees’ union in the state of Pennsylvania. In February PSEA announced a data breach had occurred to their computer systems in summer of 2024. This incident resulted in the exposure of data belonging to 517,487 people. The types of data exposed or stolen may include dates of birth, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, financial and health data.

Data breaches are serious matters that can cause long term damage. Hackers break into networks so that they can steal your personal information to sell it on the dark web, commit identity theft, financial theft or other frauds.

How do you know if you were affected? If you received a letter from PSEA notifying you that your private information was impacted in their data breach, contact us to find out if you may be eligible for compensation!
