About the Investigation:

Did You Receive A Data Breach Notice From PurFoods?

If so, your sensitive personal identifiable information may have been stolen!

PurFoods is the company that owns “Mom’s Meals,” which is a meal delivery service for seniors and their caregivers. PurFoods recently announced that the company’s computer network was targeted in a cyberattack in early 2023.  During the attack, the private information of 1,237,681 individuals was exposed. The data accessed by the hackers includes names, Social Security numbers, financial account information, and possibly more.

Data breaches are serious matters that can cause long term damage. Hackers break into networks so that they can steal your personal information to sell it on the dark web, commit identity theft, financial theft or other frauds.

How do you know if you were affected? If you received a letter from PurFoods notifying you that your personal information was impacted in their data breach, contact us to find out if you may be eligible for compensation!
