Ranger Rick Website Privacy Violations
About the Investigation:
Ranger Rick is the cartoon mascot of the National Wildlife Federation – their ambassador for children. There is a magazine, online store and children’s website built around Ranger Rick and other characters.
The attorneys at Siri & Glimstad are investigating the Ranger Rick website’s use of Facebook and Google tracking software to record the online activity of its child users for their advertising purposes.
We are looking for someone who:
(1) has visited the Ranger Rick website in the past three years;
(2) was under the age of thirteen when they visited the Ranger Rick website;
(3) has a Facebook or Google account (including Gmail, Google Drive, Android mobile phone, or any other Google product account); and
(4) provided their date of birth when setting up their Facebook or Google account.
