Retail Data is a company that offers data collection services for other businesses. On August 9, 2024, Retail Data notified the Maine Attorney General of a data breach to their computer system.  In their notice, Retail Data reports that due to an unauthorized hacking incident, the personal data of 17,165 individuals was exposed and possibly taken.
