Reventics is a software company based out of Greenwood Village, Colorado and owned by Omega Healthcare. On February 10, 2023, Reventics sent out notice of data breach letters informing affected individuals that their sensitive information had been exposed and stolen in a data security incident. In the breach, the hackers were able to steal customers’ names, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, financial information, and protected health information.
