ROLLS ROYCE WARN ACT VIOLATIONS IN THE WORKPLACE

Location: All US States

About the Investigation:

Were You Laid Off in May 2023 By Rolls Royce?

Are you a former Rolls Royce employee who was laid off or terminated as part of the mass layoff in May 2023? If your employer failed to provide prior written notice of the mass layoff or facility closure, or if your employer did provide notice, but only provided a shortened layoff notice (less than 60 days), your rights under the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act (“WARN”) may have been violated.

What is the WARN Act?
The WARN Act is a federal law meant to ensure the right of employees (of certain types of businesses) to fair notice before a mass layoff or plant closure.

Under the WARN Act, employers must give 60 days’ written notice of upcoming plant closings or a mass layoff. There are exceptions to this rule and our attorneys can assist you in evaluating whether your situation is covered by the WARN Act.

How An Attorney Can Help
If your employer failed to provide written notice of a layoff related to a plant closure or mass layoff, or if you were only provided a shortened layoff notice (less than 60 days), then we encourage you to fill out the form on this page for a case evaluation.

There is no obligation involved in speaking to an attorney about your situation to find out whether you may have a case, but there is urgency because your rights under the WARN Act are time sensitive.  Once your claim is barred based upon expired time limits, you will never be able to pursue any action to recover damages or other relief.
