Shelby Dermatology does business as Dermatologists of Birmingham in Birmingham, Alabama.  On March 7, 2025, they discovered that their computer network had been breached by an unauthorized party. They discovered that certain types of information stored on their computer system was copied, including names, addresses, emails, Social Security numbers, phone numbers, birth dates, medical information and health insurance information. This incident involved the data of over 86,000 individuals.
