U.S. Radiology Specialists, Inc. experienced a large data breach in December 2021, which affected not only their sensitive patient information, but also patients of Diversified Radiology, Radiology Ltd., Upstate Carolina Radiology, Windsong Radiology, South Jersey Radiology Associates, Larchmont Imaging Associates, and Touchstone Medical Imaging. The breach is alleged to have exposed patients’ names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, as well as protected health, treatment and medical information.
