St. John’s Riverside Hospital is located in Yonkers, New York. In September of 2025, the hospital experienced a data breach caused by a phishing attack. A Notice of Data Breach was posted on the hospital’s website in November, which says that the following types of information may have been affected: “name[s], date of birth, Social Security number, driver’s license or state identification number, financial account number, health insurance information, medical condition information, treatment provider name, medical record number, treatment cost information, and diagnosis and/or treatment information.” Notice-of-Data-Incident-Letter.pdf
