Sturgis Hospital is located in Sturgis, Michigan.  In September of 2025, Sturgis Hospital reported a data breach which exposed information belonging to 77,700 people. The unauthorized access of private data stored in the Sturgis computer system may have occurred in December of 2024 and June of 2025.  All affected individuals will be notified by mailed letters that list which of their information was compromised and may include names, Social Security numbers, contact information, financial account information, medical information and health insurance information.
