Superior Vision Services, Inc. Data Breach

About the Investigation:
If so, your sensitive personal identifiable information may have been stolen!
On September 26, 2025, Superior Vision Services sent notice letters to individuals whose data had been exposed in a recent breach. The letters explain that in July of 2025, the Superior Vision computer system was accessed by hackers through an employee email account in a phishing attack. Some of the information accessed by the hackers at that time may include names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, birth dates, Social Security numbers, insurance information and/or employment information.
Data breaches are serious matters that can cause long term damage. Hackers break into networks so that they can steal your personal information to sell it on the dark web, commit identity theft, financial theft or other frauds.
How do you know if you were affected? If you received a letter from Superior Vision notifying you that your private information was impacted in their data breach, contact us to find out if you may be eligible for compensation!
