Swift Institute Data Breach

Swift Institute is a Spine, Orthopedics and Neurology medical practice with offices in Nevada. On December 12, 2025, Swift Institute posted a Notice of Data Event on their website. This notice advises that in January of 2025, the Swift Institute computer network was breached by an unauthorized party who may have copied sensitive files stored there. The compromised data may include different combinations of names, driver’s license numbers, birth dates, Social Security numbers, bank account information, health insurance and medical data.
