About the Investigation:

Did You Unknowingly Feed Your Baby Tainted Baby Food?

About the Baby Food Lawsuits

Shockingly, this year it was revealed that many trusted brands of baby food are tainted with dangerous levels of poisonous heavy metals. Some of these foods contained up to 177 times the “safe” amount of lead, as well as arsenic, cadmium and mercury. Many parents are outraged to find that the foods they have been giving their babies — believing they were healthy — could in fact harm their child.  They feel betrayed by the baby food manufacturers, as these chemicals can have devastating repercussions on developing brains such as autism, lower IQs, learning disabilities, cognitive problems, behavioral issues and more.

Affected brands include even foods that are labeled organic, which people pay more money for in the hopes that it is “cleaner” and will have fewer added chemicals. Some of the contaminated brands include trusted names such as:

  • Plum Organics
  • Nurture’s HappyBABY
  • Beech-Nut
  • Sprout Organic Foods
  • Parent’s choice
  • Earth’s Best Organic
  • Gerber

If you fed your baby any of these foods, fill out the form on this page to have an attorney evaluate your case at no cost to you. There are statutes of limitations in which to file a lawsuit which differ by state and type of case. These statues place time limits on how long you have to file a case after the harm or incident occurs. So do not delay!
