Texas Medical Liability Trust Data Breach

About the Investigation:
If so, your sensitive personal identifiable information may have been stolen!
Texas Medical Liability Trust on behalf of itself and its affiliates, Texas Medical Insurance Company, Physicians Insurance Company, and Lone Star Alliance, Inc., a Risk Retention Group (“TMLT”) recently notified the Maine Attorney General of a data breach to their network, which exposed the sensitive information of 59,901 individuals. On September 11, 2023, TMLT notified those consumers who were affected by the breach.
If you received a letter from TMLT informing you that your information was exposed in their breach, your personal information could be in the hands of hackers, including your name, Social Security number, driver’s license number, financial account information, medical information, and health insurance information.
Data breaches are serious matters that can cause long term damage. Hackers break into networks so that they can steal your personal information to sell it on the dark web, commit identity theft, financial theft or other frauds.
How do you know if you were affected? If you received a letter from Texas Medical Liability Trust notifying you that your personal information was impacted in their data breach, contact us to find out if you may be eligible for compensation!
