The Chattanooga Heart Institute recently began notifying individuals of a security breach to their computer system which exposed the sensitive information of 170,450 individuals.  The information accessed by hackers may include names, contact information, dates of birth, signatures, insurance information, driver’s license numbers, Social Security numbers, financial account information and protected health information.
