TheraCom, LLC is the business name of the mail-order pharmacy owned by Cencora.  TheraCom recently sent out notice letters regarding a data breach to their computer system which exposed patient information. If you receive one of these data breach notice letters, your private medical files may have been removed from the TheraCom database, including your name, address, date of birth, prescription information, medical information, health insurance information and more.
