TRG Medical Imaging Data Breach

TRG Medical Imaging offers various types of medical imaging at six locations in Oregon. Like many other healthcare providers, TRG utilized the debt collection services of Nationwide Recovery Services, whose network was targeted in July of 2024 in a data breach. As a result, TRG Medical Imaging patient information stored in the Nationwide Recovery System was compromised. These files may include names, dates of birth, addresses, Social Security numbers, account balance information, and medical information.
